90w LED UFO light vs 400w HID, no contest

I fear I was one of those folled by the 90w LED conjob.
Anybody had any experience of these things? It was stated that they produce 3000 lumens, is that enough, even for seedling growth?

id think it should be fine for seedlings and veg stage but only the better led lights can cut it for flowering
