9 days into flowering, CFL grow

Dosent seem like anyone is commenting or giving me advice in my journal

so I thought I would throw a few pics on here and see what happens. Also

chk out my journal If if someone has a similar grow, like to exchange

advice and ideas...

what medium are you growing in?

Thats sand that you see, Im using M.G. moisture control, the sand is to control the pest problem im having right now

So is there soil underneath the sand?

yep, a thin layer of sand to get rid of my fungus gnat problem, at least thats what I think they are...

Interesting. Did it help? I bought some new soil and in the bags were tiny little gnats. They won't hurt the plants right? I bought some pest killer, but i made sure to get the non toxic to humans kind, the kind that you can ingest and not get sick/killed - is that good enough?

well not to sure about the spray, alot of people talk about neem oil for the leaves, but the fungus gnats make their home in the soil they feed off your roots or the larva does, so they can harm your crop, someone else told me to mix a solution of 80% distilled water 20% hydrogen peroxide which I will be doing the next time I water, also on top of all that do not water plants until they really need it, I guess the gnats thrive on wet soil, dry soil kills them off, but if someone else knows diffrent please let us all know
