8 Mango Girls under LEDs

Hey all. I have 8 baby mangos that I started on 8/29 from rooted clones. I fimmed them when I planted them (trying this for something new). They are currently under a T5 in 4" pots and are going to move into 3 gal root pots tomorrow. They will stay under T5s until I start to flower them. At that point I will move them 2 300w LEDs. Here are some pics of them so far. Sorry for the poor quality, at the moment all I have is the camera in my cell phone. Its probably not visible in this crappy pic but I did have some powdery mildew that caused some damage. I'm gonna try to track down a real camera for future posts.

Here are some better pictures. As you can see I had some PM damage. I am kind of surprised with some of the growth after being fimmed. Anybody else use this technique and get similar results?

PS: I cant figure out how to flip these picture. They are the right way when I view them on my pc. If anybody knows how, let me know. Thanks.

Nice looking plants :)
If your using windows right click on the pic thumbnail and click edit. There should be a circle/flip arrow towards the bottom that rotates the image.

What kind of LEDs are you gonna be using??

I transplanted today. I moved all the babies to 3 gal Root Pots. The medium is half Canna Coco and half perlite. For nutrients I am using the three part GH expert program. I will using Hydroplex to replace the KoolBloom. The only other additions are Rapid Start from GH and Xtreme Gardners Mykos. This time around I am also using ExHale CO2 bags to try and give the plants a little boost.

One thing I found odd is the difference in size of the 3 gal Smart Pot compared to the 3 gal Root Pot.

Day 20

I sprayed them all today with Green Cure to keep that PM away. I also numbered them all so I can tell them apart. I took pictures of them all but I was rushed and only a few came out. Here they are. What do you think?

Day 24

I fed the girls again today. I want some nice bushy plants so I fimmed them again based on some advice from my friendly grow expert. I have a buddy who has far more experience helping me this time around so hopefully the result is awesome. Here are the post fimming pictures. I will post more in a few days to show the results.
