what would be the ideal light for a flower room? this size

I have an 8x12 with 3x600 in big kahuna hoods and is absolutely perfect for my room. depending on the hood you choose (size), you can do 4x600 inline, or 4x1000 if you can control the heat your gonna get. or do 3x600 in a big hood and use the side lighting for smaller plants. I do this, and put them on a table to get higher to the light.

3 x 1000w would suffice. I would prefer 6 x 600w though.

6x600 or 4x1000.....unless you're okay with fluffy low yield buds

I hear some people putting 1200 in a 4x4 so I guess 6x600 sounds like the best option.

I'm running 2 6's in a 3x5 area. These buds are the densest I've came across. Pic will follow

I would definitely run 6x600's. I personally like a little overlap of the light spread. Hps intensity kinda diminishes at the outer parts of its beam spread, I would not compensate for that with 4x1000's. Just my opinion.
