Nice sweethank you kid gonna have to do some more research! Once I go hempy I will probably switch to H&G nutes especially after I give them some more research!

Spirit your plant looks fine and healthy If your using a flouro light then get that beast as close as possible without touching keep them nodes tight otherwise keep it up shes looking great!
If your gonna go House and Garden with Hempy then use the Auqa Flakes as this is more for hydro. The coco formula is suited very well for coco cus it has was coco is missing and that's the cal/mag but I'm sure it would work in 100% perlite. House and Garden is one the best out there used to use it all the time for soil.

I am using both Canna Aqua Flores (hydro, bud) and H&G Aqua Flakes currently. They both are super easy, super clean and I have found that once you have the pH stabilized, it hardly budges from there for days and days. I use tap water that I bubble for 24 hours to de-chlorinate and then let the nutes bubble for a few hours. Usually does the trick for bouncing pH issues, however sometime the first day or two will require some adjustments a couple of times. I have used Technaflora and Aurora (Soul Synthetics and Roots Organics). They were okay, but my pH was all over the place. If I used RO water I am sure they would have been just fine. They definitely promoted growth and the plants all looked great and produced well, but The Canna and H&G so far has been the easiest and cleanest in my opinion. The thing about H&G is that you will need to add other things in as it is a base nutrient for the whole lifecycle of the plant. So you need to add the extra parts you want for the veg and flowering periods and make your own concoction. The Canna is more specific to the veg and flowering cycles. I am running out of Canna so based on the recommendation from some local grow shop owners I am going to give Heavy 16 BUD A+B a try. Everyone swears by this stuff here where I am at.

Well even my friends brother who grows for the dispos uses that H&G and he swears by it so I will really debate switching I just might wait till next run tho use what nutes I have I guess.

Day 29 Pretty much whats going on is I transplanted all the girls last night from their FF light warrior 2 gallon smart pots to their permanent homes 5 gallon smart pots FFOF soil with about 30% perlite mix since this is first run probably wont go any bigger on the pots I really wanna familiarize myself with the strains and how they grow next time I can step it up to 10 or 15 gallon beasts ;) or go hempy either way bigger pots! I did flush all the girls just cause all of the PH's were mixed results and they all had some minor nute burn going on so this will stabilize them and get them started on a new batch in a few days. They looks quite a bit better didn't grow much but healthier now they needed that flush besides it will be good to get some of those ocean forest nutes out!

All of this is true. Some folks on here probably think I sell H&G and Canna but they're just those products that you want to let people know about. So clean, stable and user-friendly. The only small issue is that, for H&G anyway, you NEED to buy the full line for optimal results. Just follow the recipe at reduced strength and expect unreal shit. I'm talking all top shelf from popcorn to tops haha! Definitely just run your FF for now though. I hear running one line start to finish is usually practical and FF will make your really happy if you use it right.

Your girls are looking great Op. The soil/feed may be a tiny bit hot right now but that's really np just flush them with sledge or something before flowering to reset them a bit. Awesome custom grow room by the way! Panda film is the shit.

Just saw this. You got the right idea here. 5's are the way to go for soil because depending on the veg time you can grab 4oz off that shit. Just remember that in soilless a 5gallon bucket can sustain a 15gal soil equivalent!

Yeah So far FF isnt too bad definitely hot but going lighter on the nutes and gave them that solid flush with the sledge! Yeah I really wanna convert to a cool hydro setup it will just take some research probably look into what would go well in my room and is easy to maintain. Thanks for the props on the room I love it not very expensive but works beautifully! I will probably leave these girls in their 5 gallons and get some clones going in a hempy setup and convert to hempydro :) since the first clones will be so close to the girls I will be cloning off of I have a friend with a 400 watt that I will give the plants to and he will flower them. That will give me the opportunity to really get familiar with them and how they use nutes so when I convert to canna or H&G I will know which of my strains can feed heavy and which are light feeders I can scale it to their preference and avoid the nute burning! Either way I will definitely swap to hempy's test the water with them! I bet my clones might get bigger then my current plants we will see hehe! It looks like I will get through a grow or 2 max before I need to swap brands so time to save some $$$$ These girls will be beauties cant wait to start my cloning experience! Should be topping very soon with UB 4 cola technique. I will attempt to clone the top and start my hempy setup using 100% perlite and starting them out in the party cups. If things go well I will definitely step up to eventually 5 gallon for em but this will get my feet wet with hempy's for sure! Im super excited to convert!

Thanks for the compliments kid the girls should be super happy now lowered the nute strength a bit along with the flush a couple days ago. I see no reason why that wont solve that minor nute burn. I would update with pics but the girls are sleeping so update will be tonight! Thanks for the advice it definitely is music to my ears cause I do have a friend who swears by H&G who grows medical but definitely worth investing down the line!

Totally agree.

I haven't tried the Root Excelurator yet, but the owner of one of my local grow stores says that they have seen insane results. It is super expensive, but requires drops per gallon. Not sure how true it is, but I was told that other companies that made similar additives are starting to discontinue them and just recommend H&G. Doesn't sound like capitalism to me, but you never know :)

I definitely plan on adding it. The Bud XL looks interesting too, but right now I am trying the Dutch Masters Potash+ after having so many great results from their Zone product.

I am using the H&G in veg and seriously seeing great results. No burn on any plants, even the smaller ones.

I would say over all the girls look great just a little droopy not too sure why I'm sure they will perk up here soon aside from that they are moving right along getting closer and closer to topping these girls get a nice clone from each :) hopefully get some hempy going if not just another round of soil going. We will see I just really wanna try hydro now that I put a good amount of research into it! Either way I will figure it out! Not to mention I will my ordering my LED this week too I'm way excited! Thing is gonna be a beast! Also going to be supplementing in some UVB reptile bulbs 4 footers on each sides its going to be a sweet setup!

If the girls were a little wet during lights out that probably explains the droop. Nothing some light/heat won't straighten right up. My last FF run I overwatered so bad they turned into leaf balls and the leaves were cardboard as fuck too; just one of the many lessons I thought I wouldn't have to learn lol! With all that great spectrum you're going to have soooo much frost!

+rep Kid your exactly right I watered them that morning so they were definitely damp going in at night and they do look better this morning that makes sense I will remember to hold off till just before lights come on next time! I appreciate the advice!

Day 33 Pretty much a quick summary of whats going down with the girls; Decided yesterday I was going to top and attempt to clone all of the girls so we did that and took the stem to some warm water and cut stem at 45 degree angle and immediately dipped cutting in cloning gel and planted inside of some Rapid rooters. After cloning all the girls I placed them inside humidity dome gave them a nice mist and covered. I have a spare heating blanket I don't use so that is folded up under the clone tray for heat they sit at about 80 degrees give or take a few with the bottom running warm and toasty at 78 from the blanket! Humidity is about 80% so pretty solid the clones are coming up on 24 hours old currently. They look ok idk I have never cloned this is my first attempt I really hope things work out! As far as the big girls they look like they took the topping pretty well I used the 4 cola technique so things should fatten up nicely in next week or so. You can definitely see that nute burn from early in the grow but they are fine now so all that new growth is nice and green so far!

In other news I have committed to running hempy for these clones I will be running a 20% verm to 80% perlite mix starting at 16 oz cups ending in 5 gallon possibly just 3.5 gallon buckets in the event they sucessfully root if not I think I will just plant those in soil and move to a nice outdoor spot in a month or so. Im going to really work on getting my 3 stages Clones/Veg/Flower dialed down its not gonna be easy to start. Just trying to be patient. Since I will be using tap water from here on out I have an air pump that I will be aerating the water for 24 hours with before using to remove the chlorine I have 2 14" airstones currently only have the air stones slid inside of the 5 gallon jugs and its working great. In the event I find my self needing more water then 10 gallons in a 24 hr period I will aerate my bathtub full of water (I don't take baths, I shower, might as well use it for something) Which hold approximately 40 gallons I would say and has a pretty nice surface area not a tiny tub! I don't see my self running into water problems down the line I have a nice stable about 7 ph and after nutes are mixed it looks about 6 for soil I imagine FF hydro grow big will affect it the same cant be that different. Currently I have a probe ph meter but it sucks balls I like the drops more in clear solutions. If its discolored they are not accurate very much at all. I will be investing into a nice PH meter eventually as well as a PPM reader but for now things are moving along can't do it all at once. I am really just waiting on the clones to root and they will be moved to some nice party cups!

Wish me luck guys we need 5/5 clones!!! I cant convert to pure hempy without all my girls

Awesome clones OP. You honestly have near perfect conditions and I'd be very surprised if you don't get 5/5. You have a great game plan too. That's going to be really cool if you can maintain a nice hempy set up outdoors; that's definitely not something you see on RIU haha. Only small suggestion I have is chop the two dead lower fans on the CM otherwise the soil girls are definitely showing healthy growth now. Keep it up brother!

Thank ya kid that was a hell of a task those babies are fragile! Im hoping they all pull through. Im doing all I can just hoping they do the rest :) I wasn't exactly planning on hempy outdoors but I guess I honestly could If I wanted to. I just figured soil would be better not have to watch over them so much. I will consider the outdoor hempy's but more then likely those girls we be going in ground! I did go ahead and clip those fan leaves and gave all the girls a quick trim should have done it other night but ohwell the pruning I did will really encourage that top growth! You can really see all 4 of the shoots coming out its pretty beautiful I would say the hypnotic and white widow really took the topping the best tho! My poor pineapple express just isnt what she used to be I really hope she picks back up! Once all the girls get those shoots a little bigger I will begin training them spreading those shoots out. I was going to update with some pics but there is really nothing new except their new slim look so I will leave it at this. I think I will check on the clones one more time before bed but temps are solid RH is solid its just the waiting game!

Day 37 Ha wow only this far into it and it feels like its been an eternity! I am very happy with the progression all the girls have been making lately! They all responded extremely well to the trimming the new growth on the new tops is very healthy and growing nicely! Besides that there is not much new news to them. The clones however have passed the 5 day mark and they more or less look the same as when I put them in and are not dead just slightly wilted so I'm hoping things aren't going bad. They would have died by now right??? I am misting them with a very very dilute solution of water and big bloom just a couple drops to my sprayer. I'm hoping in the next few days roots start showing but we will see just being patient for now.

Day 43 something like that lol its been a few days since updating these girls and whew have they grown. Aside from all their new growth their is nothing new with them or the clones which are still alive but no visible roots. The clones are starting to yellow on the tips I'm hoping they are getting their roots now I'm anxious to get them going.

looking great man... what are your ppm levels?
Thanks Cory I'm doing my best and the girls aren't doing shabby at all! Honestly I'm not too sure of PPM levels just using dechlorinated tap water and last feed was 50% Fox Farm full line PH'd to about 6.5. Aside from that I read that for soil PPM is substantially less important than it is for hydro. I am by no means an expert tho so thats just what I read

Well they're looking pretty good bro. Starting to get some legs under them I'm sure your ppms aren't too high if your only using half strength. Never used that but it looks like it's treating them well. How many light you got in there if you can add more
