6500's gone?

Apparantly where I live the supplier for 130W CFL grow lights has stopped stocking 6500K lamps and is only stocking 2700K for flowering and 14000K for veg.

I notice everyone is using 6500's. Also I was recommended to switch bulbs (so get rid of the 14000K replace with the 2700K) when needed, and just keep 27W soft whites on them for an extra kick.

I thought this was strange, but I am assuming a supplier knows more about pant growth than I do. Does anyone else agree with what I was told? I would assume the more light the better.

Ok I checked this sheeet out and got a little more info.

The company produce 3 lights all 130W

14000K Ultra blue for "extreme growth"
6400K for all round growth (still can't find one)
2700K Extra red for flowering.

It shows a spectrum chart and basically they all emit high levels in the green wavelength and the blue/red increases with the respective globe. I am not trying to get too technical, I just wanna make sure this guy sold me a good lamp.

But it seems not many people are on 14000K lamps, which still has me worried, time will tell I guess, my plants are doing ok, but they were doing fine with the few 27W soft whites I had before.

I am using a couple 11k tubes and my plants dont seem to mind it. but these are supplemental lights.
