Again i use a 630 not a 315 but the veg was 7- 8 weeks from seed and 55 days flower. Dont think 4 315s will get 80oz. closer to 40 oz. If your running hydro and co2 maby 50oz. Mine was an organic grow in a tent. Currently im in a sealed room running my 630 in a hydro coco grow and co2. Hoping for 30 this run
Sorry i didnt realise mate i thought it was a 315 you were using, have you got a link for where i can pick up 630 like your using 40 zips wouldn't cut i have been pulling 50-80 zips with 4 600HPS i was hoping 4 315s wouldn't be to far off, 40 wouldnt kick it for me.

pics are posted in my journal

no from 1 630 de cmh
Oh ok. Sorry. Iwas fixing to say. 22 zips from a 630 cmh. I could totally see that. And thats a helluva yield. Thats a gram per watt I believe. And i bet you could get more from some fine tuning on the canopy. 25 or 30 zips would just kill it. Heard of really.good growers getting 16 from a 315.cmh.

22oz From 1 light is impressive mate. roughly how long was the grow 4 weeks veg 8 weeks flower ( standard ?) So i did a fair bit reading the past 2 days across a few different forums and most of what i read suggested the 315 CMH was equivalent of 500 HPS maybes even 400 HPS but i not many growers can get 20 zips from 600 so would you say if i knew what i was doing and my conditions were optimal 4 of the 315s could give 80 zips over a 12 week period ?
Your right. Many make the claim of 20 or more zippers from a 600 watt mogul hps...not many actually do. About a pound maybe give or take one or 2 either way. If you hit a pound or more from air cooled sixers...I wanna know how. Always. 80 off of 4 x315cmh...thats 20 zips off of a 315...sorry. Not gonna happen.

I read it. I jumped the gun. Sorry. Settle down slim. We beliwve you. A 630...basically 2x 315. One hood.
Sry but in the last page i had to say it 3 different times. 22 is good but i think 30 is possable. My current endever hopefully will come close. Wasent able to train like i like because of a move but now i have co2 and the biggest collas i have ever grown

30 off of 630 like I said..would kill it. That would blow out just about anything save for cobs. That would seal the deal for me. I can hit 25 to 32 on my Gavita 6/750's. Closer to 32 on the 750 setting. But my low ceilings...i almost never crank the dials up passed 600. And its not that difficult. If a pound give or take with 315's was the norm rather than the exception..I will buy 9 to 12 of them at the end of this month. Lol. Save me some $$$ electric bill. And get the weights me and my patients are expecting.

View attachment 4033246 View attachment 4033251 View attachment 4033246 Omg does no one read the thred 22 from a 630 de cmh which i might add again is what this thred is abought. the light im using is on page 4 of this thred. This is the grow in question abought 4 weeks in. Not a single orange hair yet
What do you think the heat temp would be in the tent I'm using if i had four of these running ( The 630 you're currently using that is) the current temp with four 600 HPS is between 29-32 on a night when on the 12-12 cycle.

some say the cmh is cooler than hps but i find that the heat is abought the same as a light of equil wattage.
the 315s are a bit cooler that a 400w hps and the 630 is abought the same as a 600w hps
