If you calculate g/watt/week of growing then I reckon East Coast will win. Yeah obviously bigger pots bigger veg will give better yield per plant but he's going for big yield overall in a short time.
Sorry... Have to disagree there if you have room for a veg room then you can overlap and get way more output. Better quality too from larger plants imo

Can't comment on quality, you may be right. Let East Coast do his grow his way and see the result. From my limited experience I feel that the most important factor is filling the canopy: making the most of your light. You can do this two ways
1. Veging a few larger plants out to fill the space
2. Having lots of small plants that take up the same area

Say you're aiming for .7g per watt which is doable - 600w light, 420g or 15oz. To get that you could do 3 plants, veg for 6 weeks and flower for 10 and get 5oz a piece. So you've done 0.043 grams per watt per week.
OR you could do 20 plants 12/12 from seed over 11-12 weeks to get the same amount = 0.064 grams per watt per week. So you have the same weight of bud but its taken you 5 weeks less to get. There is also nothing stopping you doing this perpetually too, no need for a veg room and you've had to run your lights for 5 weeks less. Major downside I have found is the trim always takes longer on smaller plants.

No disrespect brother, just highlighting some people use different methods to get the same end result.

I get both approaches as I have done both. I was doing lots of plants before as I thought the loss of veg time was attractive. It also depends if you have come directly from seed too. You need more mature plants to grow better bud, so depends on the age of your mom too right??

Day 56. Majority are White Rhino, Few White Skunk....say 80/20 mix. Very similar plant, however, White Skunk has more fruity tones when smoking.

Few pics, lights off, lights just kicking in, then HPS warmed up and going.

12 zips, from, 30 semi decent sticks and 10 shorter sticks. This time around, should have 45 - 55 decent sticks to go full cycle.
