6.5 Foot plant, yielding a pound!? SUPER MACRO PICS!

I have a 6.5 foot Sativa plant. It was planted in late May. I't is an outdoor grow in Maryland, (East coast). I'm planning on letting it grow until late october. I have also been feeding it proper nutes as well. The plant is 78 inches tall, 4 feet wide at base. Overall, a VERY healthy plant. Seeds came from indoor plants of my friends that yielded 6 ounces indoors, although his plants only reached 3.5 feet. Mine are almost 7 feet! Buds have been forming for 1 week now.

Could i yield 1 pound of this plant?
