5×5 with sf4000?

Ideally i would use 4 double board configs trying to cover the 3x2 of each corner in a 5x5. The middle squarefoot is lit by cross lighting. Youre probably best off with 240 drivers and dimming them slightly, but having that bit of extra power if you ever needed it. You should be fine with 800w but q little more wont hurt.
sounds like wat i had in mind just need to choose the boards now

Yep, that's easy enough to fit them nice and evenly atop your canopy by hanging them in a pattern where one fixture lays across 2/3 of a wall and the next one does the same thing, placed so it fits into the last 1/3 of the first wall and starts across the next wall covering that 2/3rds.

Yes, that should do. Id recommend you check prices directly with meijiu and kingbrite by emailing them, enquiring about full kits, and kits without drivers. I usually prefer just white boards, and completing with redstrips separately but its all down to prices which youll have to check with the alibubbers. The strips are kingbrites qb11, exist in various spectruma nd can usually be customized for a bit of extra coin.

If boards and heatsink is reasonably priced i would get drivers somewhere where you have an actionable warranty situation (ie digikey/arrow or a local distributor).

They sell Deep Red LED 660nm strips?
HLG sells the QB 11 with deep red diodes(also available in other wavelengths) for $25.

Kingbrite on Alibaba sells royal blue strips, deep red strips and far red strips on their own version of the QB 11 with Cree XP-E or XP-E2. They also have a UVA(395 nm, LG or Epistar diodes) strip they sell.

There are other options also. Depending on where you live and how much shipping costs. Cutter Electronics (Australia) has a wide selection of deep red strips, with deep red on its own or in combination with other wavelengths. Also Invisible Sun LED (UK based. Their products are not cheap, but they do offer free shipping in UK and to USA) is supposed to be coming out with a deep red/far red strip on separate channels.

If youre shopping red sup strips at cutter: their standard 2 foot strips use a different led footprint (i think 1.6 mm iirc) which are usually not as efficient as 3.5mm leds: make sure you get the right kind, either cree xpg or xpe. I think you generally get these if you by the 1 foot version.
