420 organizers a bit delusional

I don't like either one. Obviously I'm pro-cannabis, but the circus that 420 has become is an embarrassment to the culture (maybe I'm just old?). The LGBTQ community has as many rights and more protections than the majority of Canadians and do not need to protest or celebrate their gender identity in a parade to be included. Cannabis users are still considered to be 'pot heads' and lesser citizens as well. I certainly do not want my tax dollars wasted on either one.
I say ban them both, but if they allow one they have to allow the other. imho.

always kinda scoffed at 420..

but why not? many pot smokers are looked at as stoners, burnouts, and lesser citizens.
both are groups who have been stigmatized and are still trying to change perception, and both have (thankfully) come a long way.

to say any protest isn't as important as another is plain ignorance in a way though. like my view/stance is more important than yours.

my stoner gay friend would likely say they're both important. gonna have to ask him next time we talk. *don't think he partakes in either protest though.

there are two genders..period
ones orientation..normal or abnormal
i support someones right to fall in love with cardboard
..just don't advertise it so much..
or advertise it to children as normal

I never have nor never would attend a 420 event, I have never needed a day to celebrate something as natural to me as eating food or breathing. I understand that it started in protest of unjust laws but at some point it just became a fucking circus of people trying to sell dope.
