420 delivery questions....not grower rip off...wrong Business

I decided to try their service. They have a screwed up check out that gets back to you a day after order.....kind of fucks up that next day delivery they advertise. They accept snow birds but the checkout doesn't. Many of us work in our home state ( the one we fly away from for about 4 months). There check out doers not except and forms of payment with an out of state address. So I asked why?

I can't pay for my order because
Message I am a part time resident which is clear from my application billing address used to open my account. Very frustrating. I finally decided to give your mail order a try....got excited....all for not. Why did you approve the account? Why do you have this sort of checkout? California is a snow-bird state. Many of us have primary/billing addresses out of state.

How is that clear you are a part time resident? Just because your billing address is somewhere not in CA is not a clear indicator that you are in fact a part time resident. We have many other patients with the same setup.

The only reason you would have been declined is if you are actually not in California right now and placing the order or could not provide some proof of your part timeCalifornia residency. If you are part time do you have a utility bill that you can send over?

It was clear with my billing address being out of state. I was approved by providing my CA ID with my CA address, my Dr (CA) recommendation and my MMJ Card all current. My delivery address is in ......drum-roll.......CA. I have lived their more years than many of you have been alive. I took great offense to this email. I felt like it said LIAR....in caps ( Later found a thread here saying stay away they rip off buyers). I responded.............


You don't understand your own checkout. My CC billing address is out of state my delivery in Ca where I reside Dec - March and have for 36 years.
Garden Gateway and Goddess kick your ass anyway.
Should of stuck to the multiple bad reviews on a non solicited page....( one you don't pay for) manned by local ( so CA) growers. In Maryland and DC MMJ is legal and available for sale. When in MD I buy there.....jerk. Remove my membership you classless piece of crap and take solace in the fact that my brain tumor and Lupus will kill me.


So guys and gals....I maybe overreacted a bit....lol ( Grand D rushed to emergency ( life threatening) two days no sleep needed meds ASAP to sick myself to go to MMJ store) I'm interested in your opinions and if anyone has had experience with them. Though I will never recommend or do business with them I may owe an apology.

I'm sorry that you are frustrated and we do care very much about our patients. It is very difficult to stay within the State of CA guidlines and run our business as legally as possible. Belive me, it's very frustrating for us as well, and we are doing the best we can.
You will need to set up an account with SericaPay to purchase from us. We can no longer take credit cards. It is a one time set-up and you will be able to use your SericaPay account for any other future purchases with us.
Hopefully, the laws will change and we will be able to serve our patients with a more direct payment.
If you choose to use someone else for your meds, I understand. Do what you need to do to take care of yourself. We will be here if you choose to give us another try... but for now payment has to be through SericaPay. They are a separate company from us, and you can contact them directly if you are having any trouble setting up your account. www.sericapay.com

We understand your frustration but to put up a review with a title that we rip off growers is really not warranted for your support issues. Nor is it fair.

The only review that is on this site is from you. In fact the only negative review we have anywhere is from you. Furthermore you haven't even actually used our service.


We do our best to provide the best service for all of our patients. Your situation is not cut and dry. People go to jail by not following the rules and we are not going to break them for anyone period.

You originally signed up as a patient back in April of 2015 and you were approved as a patient. At that time we had a different payment method and it was a bit easier to transact business. You would still have to be in the state to order any meds.

The order that you placed was at 7:18 PM on Monday and we were closed at 6pm. Our hours and cutoff times are on our site. Our system immediately emails you a confirmation and then we follow up that same day if we are open or the next business day. You were then followed up with on the following business day. You then claimed that we have a messed up checkout process and do not follow up until days after is not a fair statement.

We now only take payments using Sericapay which is 100% compliant with FINCEN regulations. At this time taking credit cards is not legal in this business.

You need to be a resident of California or if you are only here 4 months out of the year some sort of proof of that. A utility bill etc. You will also need to have a valid California Medical Marijuana Recommendation.

Then when you actually go through the final checkout page you will need to actually be in the state of California.

Looking at the records you declined to verify your location which will result in a decline. By declining to verify your location and having an out of state address tells the system that you do not meet the requirements and you are immediately declined. You should be able to understand how that is a huge RED FLAG.

We would be happy to serve you but you need to follow our process, which keeps us in compliance. You will have to provide a utility bill or something verifying that you actually are a part time resident and then when you are completing the transactions on sericapay you will need to allow your location to be verified. That info should be easy to provide since you have been living in Cali from Dec to March for 33 years.

funny story... reminds me of when I got a bad yelp review... I have an auto shop...
lady comes in on a Saturday (we aren't open on Saturdays, but I was wrenching on my car), says she has an apt for a smog check (on a Saturday?)
I said we are closed on Saturday, and she left all pissed off, later she leaves a bad yelp review saying we were unprofessional, etc, etc.
There is a smog shop, down the street from me, open on Saturdays... and their address is one digit from ours...
Which I told her... still left a bad review.
And she never was even a customer...
It sucks in this day and age when any grumpy (and stupid) person can leave reviews for businesses.
Besides I thought most people knew that you can't use a credit card for marijuana purchases.
because the credit company abides my federal laws, which under the separate sovereign rule, make it explicitly illegal to buy marijuana.
Anyways.. rant over.

I guess since I have been using credit cards to buy MMJ both in store and online for over a year.....you are way out of date on your info. Example....Garden Gateway.....Goddess Delivers, Cafe Canna Cabana,Cali-express on and on and on......

I provided 420 Delivery with the link to this thread....they asked. Not hiding....What I originally asked was... Did any of you have troubles with the company? I read grower rip off issues. 2. Did I over react....I felt maybe I should I apologize.
I than posted their very thorough and kind response for you all to see. Interesting that they choose to attack here...... after I posted that awesome original response. As for ripping off buyers. I read that in some very old threads here. Trying to find the post isn't worth my time. And as I told 420 Delivery there are so many like names it may not have been them....so I asked you all.

I am not attacking you at all just stating facts and what started all of this is the fact you titled your review that we rip off growers. That is total BS.

Please post a link to where you see the grower rip off issues. We are our own grower so thats pretty much impossible.

If the thread was very old then it's not us. We have only had this business for 1 year. I did an extensive search on this site and found nothing.

Thank you.....a little crazy is putting it mild.....for me. I have to take my prescribed dose of oxy when I run out which makes me loopy. The brain tumor doesn't help either.

I do believe 420. I do not think they were the company. The response to my second email was amazing, very understanding. A second party check out was the problem. All of my previous /current companies have their own check out/CC service. As do the walk in stores.

I was asking a question about them problems or rip offs from others. But I botched the ? mark ....twice. For that I am very sorry.

It all sounds crazy ...... You live in the magic land of California why not get it somewhere else and figure it as their loss?..... Easier than bitching on the internet I'm sure
