Hello All,
I'm setting up a room and wanted to get some feedback regarding lighting. The room is 5ft 5in tall and I just want to make sure that a 400W HID light won't harm the plants once the light is only 1ft away once the babies get big and strong given I have no room to go up. I want to use HID because the room is cold and the added heat will be much needed.
Is 400W ok for this setup or is 8 bulb T5 the way to go?
