That is way too close to the lights the plants are stunted, look at the leaves they're drooping down trying to get away from the light, get it like a foot and a half to two feet at least away from the top of the plants.

Wayyyyy to close to plant.

Are you feeding them?
I see a burn on your plant, maybe nute burn or maybe your light being soo close

Also those Chinese lights say they arw 600 or 1000w ,

But they are not even 200 actual watts.
Fyi
I’m aware they aren’t a real 600w just seeing what they can do, I wasn’t to sure how close they needed to be since the LED doesn’t penetrate like hps... I’ll probably put my 400 back in there

that isnt light burn, thats about right for the plants though (distance). maybe a couple inches up but those you have to keep a little closer than the 1000w an 18" is a rule of thumb when using hps lighting not all lights. my cfls when i use them i have maybe a couple inches away but keep as close as i can without burning the plant.

Trying out a 600w LED for a change...is the size look normal? How close should I have the light to plants? The first pic is a c99xblueberry fem from seeds man and the second is a “trash panda” from my ash tray. All input welcome
id back off the nutes a bit maybe raise 6" and itll be better, make sure you have good circulation tie the bigger one down so you have an even canopy

18" for a 1000? That's in a cool tube right? And yup over watering. FYI not directed to quote but: The plants aren't trying to get away from the light lol.

I should add, I’m not giving any nutes at the moment, just black soil and compost teas... thinking of doing a scrog screen and time is not an issue, low and slow!!
