What size pot and how much light? Temperature of it's grow environment? It is very small for 4 weeks, mine are usually that size around day 5 under a propagation dome and T5 floro and heated to 80 degrees.

Tell us more of your grow area and the conditions that you have this little guy in. Pics work best =)

Its growing indoors, temp is around 75-78 degrees, and its growing under 3 swirly CFL (2 x 25 watt + 1 x 45 watt) the pot is around 8 inch diameter. Appreciating all the help..

PS: Love your display photo !

Peace.

Looks a little small. Sometimes I have some slow starters but they usually take off after about 2-3 weeks. It looks retty healthy overall maybe a little TLC it woul start growing rapidly. My guess would be that the soil isn't allowed to properly dry out and that the roots are constantly moist although there is no evidence of overwatering. My theory has always been that the roots will start growing more profusely in search of water (in soil)and big roots = big plants. How often are you watering? If I was you I would try watering a little less frequently because the size of the pot seems a little large, you'd be surprised how long you can go before they start wilting-take it from me i'm suer lazy. An if you can get some more light too.

What is TLC? All i found on google was TENDER LOVING CARE & some HIPHOP GROUP LOL!!
I actually water it on a daily basis using a sprayer, maybe i should cut down on that..

Also to be accurate, the lights i mentioned previously (2x20watt + 1x45watt cfl) are spread around 3 plants, so for this plant it has 1x20watt cfl right above it. I attached a photo of the setup hope it helps. Do i need more light?

Thanks for all the help! Merry Christmas and Happy High Times :) :)

The plant in the back with the yellow leaves IS showing symptoms of overwatering so that retty much confirms what I was thinking. Everyday is definately too much, even every other day would likely be too much until the roots grow bigger. I would definately get some more lights a high pressure sodium or a metal halide would be ideal but more cfls would work too if you can't afford it. How many? The more the better basically. Hoe this helps:joint:

Haahaha that's actually niice!! Thanks for the vid :D

Well, you Mr. Pipe Dream.. a superstar!! I actually have another thread for that yellow plant in the background and all i got as replies were that im over nuting it. SO ITS A BONUS!! :D Thanks a bunch! Talking about nuting.. I got some NPK (brown little balls) 15-15-15 can i toss in a few in each pot or is it too early? How about UREA (white little balls) for pure nitrogen about (45% N) i guess. That's all i have right now in addition to that stinky liquid fish fertilizer!!

I'm definitely cutting down on the watering part. About the lights, i can't find HPS and im afraid the Metal Halide would be too much heat on my plants...wouldn't it? Also i just fixed 2 neon florescent of 20 watt each in addition to what i had earlier (2x20watt + 1x45watt cfl) hoping im good for now!

Thanks for everything! Will keep posting updates on my babies :)

It's nothing to do with the light. 1 23w CFL will veg a plant to a much bigger size than that... Not sure whats up.. But something is.. I start mine under CFL's like yours, and they look like that after just a few days...

Not rubbing it in your face but these plants are younger than yours...

What kind of soil are they in? Have you used nutes? What's the PH? Are you letting the soil almost completly dry before you water?? Hard sayin, maybe just bad genetics..

I switch to Metal Halide after the 3rd set of leaves.. It looks like it will take off, maybe just a real slow starter.. Might be something special in the end, who knows.

are you sure thats 4 weeks wbtbw? that looks like it popped thru the soil 2 days ago. and the soil looks really dark. but what do i know, as to the OP it just looks like its a slow grower, if you give the roots enough room at seedling the plant will focus on laying down that root system and not use as much energy on the plant itself. cut back on the watering to start, if you make a bunch of changes at once you wont know what the problem was.

Nobody mentioned lighting. Can autos, exist side by side with regular 12 /12 cycle while you flower your other plants,or do they still need 16/8 or such?

dont water too often to speed up the rooting process. after that she will take off.
i have seedlings i germinated last week in 1 gallon pots that already look more bushy then that, they are still under only 1 18 watt 5000k cfl each at 1" - 2" away from the tops lol.

Too big of a container = not enough oxygen to those little roots.. it will take awhile for that little plant to adapt to that big container. make sure to let it go very dry to almost the point of wilting the plant before watering so that it can grow roots.. otherwise I would carefull dig it up and xplant it into a much smaller container... maybe even a solo cup
