Basically what the title says. I would like to get it local but have know idea where to look. The giant #4 perlite is like up to an inch large.

This is for Amazon Bloom Earth Juice soil to replant my banana tree and some lemon tree seeds I am expecting soon.

Thanks.

I haven't used #4, but do use the particle size 1/4-1/2 in.(Sunleaves 'Chunky' perlite, and get it at the hydrostore. $21.00 for a 4cu foot bag.

Be careful when watering with the hose, too much water too fast causes the soil mix to separate and the perlite floats upwards. Worse with the bigger chunk size

Thanks man. Price sounds great. I'm gonna look around and see if I can find some. I've been using Miracle Grow perlite and it's just too small. This Earth Juice soil needs something to keep it from compacting too much. But, sounds like a good soil. Also te banana tree is going into a 5 to 10 gallon pot to bring indoors for the winter. Plus, I got some lemon tree seeds coming and I want to get some kind of other dwarf(indoor outdoor) citrus and apple tree. lol. Doing all this may take all summer.

Thanks again. I'll find something this week.

Keep it manageable . I've been moving around 5x15g and 2x10gal for 30 yrs. Enclosed porch in winter, outside spring-fall. 3 lemons, 2 oranges, a lime and a mandarin
