3rd grow same problem Need help rust spot or chlorisis between veins

Ok so this is my 3 rd grow and every time I've had the same problem! I managed to get thru the last two barely !! No where near the yield I should get. So I built an indoor cabinet with fans cfl lights and led panels surround by Mylar! I use sensi grow/bloom and use hobbiest bundle including big bud, b52, voodoo, and over drive! During my veg cycle I use nutes/water/..... Using sensi grow a and b and b52 and voodoo on exact schedule that advance nutes sets up. I'm pretty sure it's not nute burn because I'm a lil experience with vegetables and have these plants at first with no more than 700 ppm while having 3-4 sets of leaves now at 1000-1100ppm using distilled water. And obviously lower at beginning to get them used to the nutes. They are in aerogarden ultra base with plenty of air stones and have big white roots and I use my own higher powered lights on 24 for veg !
everytime at first a lil upwards curling of leaves as they get there first nice fans then after they get bigger maybe weeks 2-4 of veg cycle they come done with what I have read as chlorisis where only between the veins do I see yellow spots that eventually turn rusty! As I moved them up into my "bloom chamber" changing lights, nutes, and giving a 12 and 12 light cycle they just seem to get worse at the same pace as in veg. So by the time it's flowering the plant starts to look like its struggle and I barely get threw the cycle. The only really similar deficiency is manganese! My sensi grow/bloom nutes say nothing about Mn and neither my hobbiest nutes. So I was sure it was it but then reading on advanced nutrients website about sensigrow/bloom on website it friggen says that it balances the Mn and Iron perfectly so they do not mess or counter act one another God dammit please help

which of your nutrients supply calcium to the plants and what is the pH of the water, these two things will dictate almost all other deficiencies... if the pH is right and the plant is getting enough calcium it should regulate all your other nutrients

The streaking near the veins and yellowish fluff along the underside of leaf is due to algae or "slime" growing in your water and choking the roots. The leaves eventually grey and turn under and the plants die. You need to use hydrogen peroxide or chlorine bleach to kill the stuff.

5 to 10ml of chlorine bleach per 55 gallon reservoir (0.5 to 1.0ppm) will clear the problem. Add the bleach to the reservoir as soon as it is pumped back to the reservoir. It will sit there for several hours before it gravity drains back to the plants. This will provide plenty of contact time for the chlorine to do its thing. It will have dissipated before it drains back to plants. Use 5ml per 55 gallon reservoir daily thereafter. These chlorine levels will not harm the plants.

Your nute levels seem low? Using Kind Base + Kind Bloom run at 1800 to 2000 ppm.

Pictures would help and pretty hard to diagnose without them! Its just a guess but perhaps try a weak epsom salts spray.
