Do you need a prescription to buy this? Or is it just cvs/rite aid?

No but you get it at grow stores or cooking supply stores. Wear gloves as it will burn you bad. i use it not sure if it was banned but it got taken off shelves at most gro stores for some reason. I use Grotek Super H2O2 2 drops per gallon. Dont use with organic nutes often as it kills the bacteria from organics.

I still don't see the need for it. And it will definitely kill all the bacteria and anything else, as will 3% h2o2. You just use a couple tablespoons per gallon instead of a couple drops.

35% 1.7ml/L
50% 1ml/L

This is correct.
Look for them on comcercial cooking supply websites or at some gardening stores. The one i found was called Mad farmer Oxygenator

your local health food store might carry 35%h2o2 as well.

I went to my hydro store today and they had it. It was in a unlabeled bottle. $15 for a quart
