3 week old mushroom tea?

I made some tea for a friend around 3 weeks ago, I ended up not being able to get it to him and it's just been sitting in a jar since then. It doesn't really have a fowl smell, not exactly a pleasant one either. I was just wondering what your guys' opinions are on drinking it, hate to see it go to waste.

After getting a good look at it in the sun, hell no . Definitely some nasties growing in it. Probably for the best anyway, don't want to trip because I feel like I need to not waste it.

That's old. Doesn't the active ingredients break down fairly quick in the presence of oxygen....water?

It would probably do the job for you, but I would be concerned about food poisoning. Has it been refrigerated? Botulism is a bummer!

I don't really put much thought into making tea. I like to boil it for a few minutes because I like the thought of killing off any nasty shit (these are like 9th flush mushies and over a year old), turn the heat on low then stir and smush the tea bag around for like 15 minutes, turn the heat off let cool and squeeze the juice out of the tea bag and throw that away. You can make some fat tea bags out of coffee filters.

I'm sure that tea would of got me tripping, it also most likely would of had me throwing my guts up ending the trip there . I dumped it, It was just sitting out that whole time. Should of at least put it in the fridge, would probably be totally fine if I froze it.
