3 Part Nutes...NPK Question...Need Less Nitrogen

This last grow I went to a 3 part nturient. I had decent results but I ended up with leafy buds because of way too much N.

I am going to be using the "Lucas Formula" but with Humboldt Nutrients 3 part not GH.

If the NPK on the Micro is 5-0-1 and the Bloom is 0-6-5 and I am using equal parts of each one, the NPK would end up at 5-6-6 correct?

Now this is too much N for my plants. In order to lower the N levels I was thinking of using 1/2 as much micro as I do bloom. Would this bring the NPK to someting like 2.5-6-6.5 or am I completley off base thinking this?

If this isn't going to get my N levels down enough I will just go back to my prefered base nute which is PBP. I like the fact that it only has an NPK of 1.5-4-5 which is perfect for my plants.

Will using half the amount of micro end up bringing my N levels down to half of what they were?

Thanks for the hlep
Bob
