3-4 42 watt CFL's

Would 3-4 of these be good for a 3 plant DWC system? I will more than likely get more if needed for a half decent growth. If you have any recommendations I would love to hear them as I want to finish getting my supplies before my seeds germ (about 2-3 more days). I will be setting them up in old lamp fixture sockets that I took and will have them hanging from the top of my stealth dresser about 2-3 inches from the top of the plant (I will probably get some on the back/sides of the dresser too so light can hit the lower leafs too).

Would this set up work?

I would get 6-8 bulbs and I you can find them for less than $10 a piece... look at home depot or other stores..
