Just wanting to know in a space like this if vert is a good solution.
Magnetic 400w hps, mh, and 10k mh, mylar walls.
2 rotating turn tables at 1 rpm, soil grow.
Any ideas or pointers?

why make it so complicated. just hang a light, and get some air in there.
True but I am also thinking on efficiency, instead of having to rotate everyday and getting uneven growth, just let em spin. I already have all the parts sourced for making the turn tables, just have to make a gear (To slow it down to 1 rpm from 3.5 could go lower) and a platform. Also I have yet to see anyone with turntable vert but I haven't dug too much.

I'm guessing its gonna be P>L<P I don't think you going to have plants one the north and south sides, I don't see the room. so you top and train for (4) and their sides. if you let them grow tall(er), im guessing you will get a small sweet spot, unless you can fish the light up and down as well. it sounds interesting and id welcome seeing it.

I still think a scrog, would have more light on more points on the plants in that space.

Your guessing is right. I could do that idea with the light but it will require 2 more electric motors and 2 adjustable time delays. Along with some adjusting the bulbs rise/descent for best speed. Damn you got my thoughts running right now lol. If all else fails I could just do a scrog.

Just my opinion, if your going to hand watering I would think one or two turns by hand would suffice. Motors, switches and the such is just more to go wrong in the grow. I thought about a light mover, moving the light up and down, but again just more to go wrong.
If you decide to go that route I too would be interested to see how it turns out.

Yeah that rule has saved me in the past. I don't plan on doing the light mover idea yet but I still plan on at least making the turntables that cost 30$ to make 2.
