2nd grow attempt

Got my nematodes in today quicker than I expected, so I've drenched the plants really well with a sprayer and then poured all that was left evenly amongst all the plants soil. I've definitely noticed a significant decrease in tha gnats already just with my yellow sticky cards, I'm hoping this gets rid of them completely cuz they're really a bother to me. Topped my Jacks today for they're second toppings, though I'm kinda experimenting by topping them right where I topped them the first time. Someone mentioned to me that it is basically "mainlining". After looking up some of what mainlining entails it seems interesting but I didn't quite get everything so just going to see how this goes by topping at that site.

Still just waiting on my jacks to put out new heads from my topping. Essentially I'm one step away from being able to flip the switch. That is the last I really plan on topping now I just need some quick growth, a little bit of training, and I'll finally be able to actually witness female plants flower. Well besides others I've seen outside but this being indoors and at my hand is the real fantasy fulfillment lol.

Today makes 5 days since the jacks second topping and no new nodes have come out from where I topped? There are four main limbs that have still been showing new growth everyday reaching for my lights, but I'm confused as to why 4 tops haven't come out from my topping site.

Jacks still haven't put our heads from the topping site. Not worrying about it anymore just gonna let it be everything else seems healthy about them. Tied down two tops on each of the jacks, maybe a week or 2 I'll SuperCrop but I don't want to slow growth just yet. Of my random seed, the supercropped plant has finally put roots out of the extended 1 gallon pots. Took much longer than the LST'd plant.

So I ended up supercropping my 4 main limbs on both Jacks on Sunday, two days since and they're still healing but I can tell it's doing its thing just needs to completely stand back up and start putting some new growth again. After I get that but of growth return I'll probably be flipping the switch and switching the bulbs
Side note- I about don't have space for all my pants reach comfortably and get even light throughout the plants. Plants all still look healthy from top to bottom but def concerned about space. Almost hoping one of the random seed turns out male.

Due to space issues, I moved my left make shift wall with reflective Mylar over so I could spread my plants out a little bit. Thus I had to raise my lights so that the outside plant could still be in the light. Freaks me out having the lights so far from my plants. The jacks are definitely progressing fast like everywhere I've seen online says it does. I need to be flipping the switch soon but I keep waiting because I really want my plants to be full enough, don't know the next time I'll be growing so I want it big this time.image.jpeg

Jacks finally got their strength and resistance to the strings back and showing new growth. Getting ready to flip the switch probably as to not wait too long based on plant height and closet height.

Yeup so flipped the switch and the kelvin. Jacks are at 15" of course would be taller before SuperCrop, but I hear they can double if not quadruple in size from start to finish of flower. Random plants are at 20".

Been about a week and a half since I flipped, I was kinda hoping one of my random seed would turn out male and give me more room in my closet, however from preflowers it appears they may both be female, so I have to keep all 4 plants. Thus I've moved my left siding out even further, pushing the plants out. Shifted my lights over so that they're center of the plants. Inconviently turning plants and swapping plants around regularly to try and help them get light to most parts of the plants. My middle Jack accidentally got supercropped when I was trying to tie a limb down, but luckily I don't think it's too far into the flowering cycle to have a harmful effect other than possibly slowing it down a bit.

I've notice leaves on all plants keep just easily falling off even though they're still green. Not sure if that's a problem or a sign of deficiency or over doing something else?

IMG_3718.JPG IMG_3721.JPG IMG_3737.JPG IMG_3736.JPG IMG_3739.JPG About a month/month and a half ago I harvested the two random strains, had a dried yield of about 2.5 zips. The effects were subtle to me an avid smoker, had some folks with low tolerance test it out and they liked its effects and taste. During the drying and curing process I put them in jars slightly too early thinking that if I really broke them all up apart from each other frequently enough and leaving the lids off that it would be fine. I started notice some tiny white spores starting to form on some buds, I quickly reacted by quickly laying out all the buds over a plastic bag and lightly passing a blow dryer on low heat over them for about 5 min and then I let them sit there for about a day or two before putting them back into jars for a week and half, then began to use them.

My jacks are still going, going to give them 2 more weeks before a day dark period and harvesting. Ending it then will have given these girls an entire 6 months start to finish with a 1 and a half to 2 months veg and a 4 to 4 and a half week flower
