Yep that's wot your looking for mate your seedlings will work with that bulb no probs and remember seedling soil nothing to hot....

And don't b shy with how close u put it (light) should b able to get it really close do a test feel how hot it is with the back of ur hand hold it so u can keep ur hand their for 10 secs without it feeling uncomfortable and that will b ur hight u set it at bit lower with a small fan blowing on her...

ok cheers greenhouse, I really should have started cfl way tp learn etc but when I saw that LED Light is looked like a Alien Sihny space ship I just had to buy it , I hope the CFLs will help me kick this seeding off its a Royal Dwarf, my seeds must be sitting in there packets shitting themselves wondering who's next for the slaughter !!!

Lol u will notice a big diff using the cfl I hate them but for seeds or seedlings their a must unless u r able to get a lot of direct sunlight.

Every time I put under lights even a few inches a away (CFL) they just bend in the middle and fall down??

they seem to be coolio .....then when I put under light they just fall over and the middle of the stem goes waif like..arggggg

Yea that's the proper reply China get a straw cut it 1inch longer than ur seedlings then slit it open longways wrap it round ur stems and push into the soil this will give them the support they need although they shouldn't b as bad as u described don't no word happening their mate...
