Ok so I'v got 1 particular plant that has been vegging great with lots of new growth , about 2 months into veg (plant came from clone)... Growing under 2 4' 40w gro-lux floros.. Havnt bothered with the time yet. Iv also got some seedlings and clones under this light so Iv been trying out a 24/0 pattern.. it worked great for the first week loooots of new growth and then they stoped growing so i gave them some rest and lots of water and now im back to a 18/6 (sense 2 days ago) it almost seemed to me that 24/0 of light will make the plant growth focus more on the pistols and top cola's of the plant... starting to get very buddy tops where the crowns will form.. This is a mother plant and iv been bending her every so often... I want this girl to go back into intese veg and grow stong and big.. what is my best bet in doing so? Any advice will help!! All comments welcome =)

p.s. Thought these were preflowers but after reading up on preflowers i believe they form in the armpits of the plant not on the crowns..

No plant ever needs 24 hr of light. If they did, the sun would never set. Plants need darkness, to rest, to grow, and more. Not only will it not hurt your plant to go to 18/6 but it will help it. At night the laefs will droop (why reach for light that is not there)this is normal

ok first, a nitrogen deffincency is normal durin the later stages of flowering as the leaves turn yellow and fall off as all the goodies in it has been used up. Watering, water till u get some drainage out of the botom of ur pot(ur pot DOES have drainage holes right?) but not much. Letthe top of the soil get nice and dry before watering again. Regular light bulbs? and plastic bags? BIG NO NO! Check the faq on this site, lots of goodies there
