Hey "Is That Weed", nice looking grow . Have you considered the benefits of low stress training to achieve a full and even canopy? In my experience with LEDs, this would be the best way to boost your overall efficiency.

low stress training, or LST, is basically just bending the plants to maximize your canopy much in the way a screen is used to even the canopy. While the plants are young, they are more flexible and tolerant to bending. See the attached crudely drawn sketch of a method of LST.

On the left hand side you can see that a large portion of the plant does not receive enough light, while the top may even receive too much light. With my usual method of LST and my small cramped up grow space, a single bend is all they require, I usually begin bending between week 2 and 4 of veg, depending on the strain. The red band on the right just represents a string or zip tie, something along those lines. LST will allow you to lower your overall height and pack more plant matter into the ideal footprint of your lights.

Remember to be gentle with the plant, its easy to over do it, but even if you break a stalk, a little scotch tape and it will likely heal. It is important to use this method only where the stalk is still young, fleshy, and pliable. branches can be trained in the same way.

I always use this method of one bend and get a very even canopy with id say an average of 7-10 main buds at about the same height, getting the most out of every lumen.

This isnt the right spot for this, but to answer your question. Mg deff is the most common among indoor grows, mainly b/c it washes out of soil faster than other nutes. go buy the gen hydro orgainic version of cal mag. read the directions and use it, its not hard.
now back to the grow

You can use epsom salts for Mg i believe.(grocery store or pharmacy usually) Just make sure it doesnt have additives.
