You shouldn't need to feed your plants until about 1 month into a 24/0 or 18/6 light cycle since the soil provides food for a period of time. I feed 1/2 doses at 2 weeks into veg, but thats just my preference.

If you're new to nutes and growing I suggest.... Technaflora Recipe for Success kit. It makes it quite easy to feed since it comes with everything + extras. the entire kit can be bought at a local Hydro store for $30. If you buy online you'll probably have to pay about $40 because of shipping cost unless you can find it with free shipping.

I like to start mine on FoxFarm Big Bloom at day 2 or 3.

My mix is 5ml per gallon of water. use as spray on leaves and in soil 2 out of 3 days.

It's a low dose so it's safe. if you see yellow spots cut back to just water until the next new growth set of leaves.

do you feed 1/2 the whole time or start giving it a full dose at some point
I slowly ramp up. By the end of week 2 I'm at 100% strenght and following their chart.

Also note my soil as a mix with zero any thing they will eat.

I think you first post said you have 0.08-0.12-0.08 soil and big bloom is 0.01-0.3-0.7 not alot diff.

If that is the case you may need to wait a week or two before you add extras.

remember the key is it will take 3 day for most things effect your plant, and 3 days of water to fix it. if you see yellow spots back off the nutes for a couple days and just do h2o.

If you're a new grower I'd staybaway from foliar feeding for a few grows! People already tend to over/under water and feed too much! Start with the basic soil feeding and worry about the rest once you get the hang of it!

stay away from nutes for a few grows, learn the basics then move up to the chemicals man...

if you get the basic soil with plant food in it you just need to transplant every once in a while to get new soil in the pot with it. if you do use the nutrients but just remember, use less than more, and use the same mix for a few days befor you up it so you can observe the effects, if there are any negative effects durring that feeding regement then cut it back to the strength befor that for a week or so.

not all nutes. Just wouldn't suggest foliar feeds till you have a more advanced experience with growing MJ.

Until then just stick to soil feeding.
