1st time grow, Trying to save a limb.

Hello everyone
this is my first grow and all was well 30 days into flower til Irene came by and severed a limb. I started with a dozen various seeds(M39/Ak-47/a kush cross, and an unknown Sativa)in organic soil with guano for ferts.
Weeded out the 6 males before it was to late and went a little crazy super cropping. it seemed like such a good  at the time. Not so much after Irene the other day, I found the top cola sitting on the deck wilted away, and put her in peroxide right away as I mixed a solution of root66 and sugar daddy from technoflora(which i plan to use indoor this winter) and a foliar spray of b1. slit the stem put on some root gel and stuck it into rockwool and dirt. stuck it under a 200 watt cfl 24/7 and sprayed the leaves. the next day it seemed to have perked up real nice the leaves we're reaching for the light again and I thought things we're good.... but today I woke up and they had resorted to the state i found them in..
so now i have it out of the rockwool and in the prepared solution hoping something might happen.

Did I do something wrong?
any feedback would be greatly appreciated
:leaf:cheeba cheeba ya'll:weed:

you took her from flower to re-veg after a tramtic event.you should of put her in the cube and all(you did that right) but then put her in a 12-12 light cycle.probably nothing you could do anyways probably to tramatic to recover.or she is using the ferts in her leaves to grow again that will also make her look like shit.get her back in rock wool with just root hormone on her.and prop a steak up for her to lean on.all you can do

I have broken branches and what I've noticed is only complete snaps or close will kill it..you know there's nothing you can do when it dies like that...unless you clone it..but are you sure its female

oh yeah she's a female alright. I wasn't sure about the lights though, that's why i treated her like a clone. I'll try some more rooting gel and rockwool. But I feel like it's a lost cause the stem is as big as a Mc D's straw and hollow inside, and the branch was already super cropped , hence that curve you see. the stem is solid just the leaves are wilting. should i cut some of the lower branches or is this just added stress?
