I start my seedlings inside and put outside late may..depending on weather.. I do bring inside at night till june... I use a premium potting soil mixed 50-50% with promix.... Outdoor plants do well with basic 20-20-20 for veg, but only about once a week starting at 1/4 strength, to a max 5ml per gallon..
I'm using a weaker nute for inside, but the 20 worked well for me.(av pic is 1 plant on balcony).. but watch for burn... luck..
