Use rapid rooter plugs they are a noobs best friend very easy and forgiving ... also cover your medium ( hydroton) with something so light doesnt hit it and form algae .

Preciate that I am a first time grower and I was debating on the solutions. What type of lighting would you suggest for 3 or 4 plants?

I built and flood n drain system and my seedlings are just about thru- with the seedling stage (3 three stages of leave). My question is....? See i started the seeds in jiffy pellets so is it ok to put them directly into my 3" mesh pot and clay ball medium and let them go. i'm really concerned i've got everything else needed.
the lights the grow room all the charts carbon system nutrients. just this one real question?
