This is my first grow, i pretty much pieced everything together. Im looking to grow this small batch of bagseed as sort of an expirement until i can afford a good light system, and seeds to do things right.
I have an aquarium pump puping air through the bottom of the pot which i keep it pretty full of water with some nitrogen rich miracle grow, and i mist the plants and soil from above with the same nutrient-water, i keep the lights on 24 hours a day, but a couple days a week i will turn them off at night while i sleep. I move the pot and the two hanging lights around throughout the day, as well as the tinfoil mirrors, Im gonna get an autoshade to line the back wall and some other areas to increase light, Every few days i poke the soil a good distance away from the plants with a straightened coat hanger to help "oxygenate" it.' The plants have been through hell pretty much, they started with sunlight in a window sill around x-mas, then went into the closet without the aquarium pump, then they spent a few weeks outside, and they are finally inside for good. most of their leaves had welted before i brought them back inside so i trimmed them near the stalk. most of the new growth is from the last week, they seem to be thriving right now.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me, or advice? Once again, i am on a very low budget with this grow, im just looking to bud these plants and then start over with the right stuff when i can afford it. thanks!
