Ok, I've never grown pot before, nor have I posted a grow journal on here, but here it goes. I got some BAAAADASS bud the other week and I had to grow it. I've watched my mom grow it for shits and gigs so I think I can get this shit goin. I germ'd 15 seeds last week(i got 15 seeds out of an ounce) and i planted them 3 days ago. A couple of them sprouted up yesterday and now there is 8 seedlings sprouted and I think thats all im getting.

I have them just sitting in the window sill now, and I'll leave them there for another day or two, then I'm moving them under four 23 watt, and two 42 watt cfls.

Heres a couple low res shots of the girls until i get my good camera back. let me know what you think

looking good man. 2 things though:
1.) whats your set up like? are you using a spare room, a grow tent, a cab, whats the spatial specs?
2.) I HIGHLY reccomend separating the sproutlings now (in separate pots, or at least party cups SOLO) before their roots get entangled and entwined, bc I had that happen before, and although it is fixable it does slow growth and shock the plant.

Great job thus far though! Theyre Alivvvveeeeee. =) ill be checking back.

Well right now my setup is ... a window sill lol. but in a day or so ill be putting them in a cab 4x4x4 cabinet.

And the funny thing is , i did space them out but when they sprouted they came up closer together than i had expected. I'll take your advice and transplant them, tho. Hopefully the shock won't kill them.

Isn't it great how fast they grow? It's trippy, at least the first grow is! Looking good just a quick question though do you have a fan on them? If you don't you might want to support the stem growth now in the early stages with straws and tooth pics, or lower the lights to prevent stretching. :)
