Yeap, Red(630nm): Blue(460nm) 2:1 ratio.
Just R:B, no white, right?

as far as i had read, LED is a jungle, there is so much info - so key is buy good diodes, good penetration angle, all io'm missing is about drivers, but thats is about drawn current voltage...
But like, just BLUE:RED + my CFL's + HPS would be great

First signs of flower are finally here!
Not much really to talk about other than whats seen in the pictures.
Had a light fall off on top of the plant over night, but thank god the lights I have arn't even hot to the touch or she would've been burnt up real good. So no problems caused by that!
Anyone have any advice on the removal of fan leaves etc below the scrog net? Is it necessary?

To my knowledge most people trim off every thing below the net, after a certain time.

The point of a scrog is to get a nice even canopy so you can get many fat colas instead of a few colas, some buds, and some larf.

Hey Ive just bought a Mr grow pro led box too. Only a week in so far but looking good. How did the flowering go for you in the end allseasons? :)

I have one which I've had my own thread about. It's my first grow and I'm harvesting tomorrow. Had some problems along the way and I'm not expecting that much. You can check it out and maybe not make the mistakes I did.

Hey all.
Sorry about the complete lack of posts, had holidays then straight back into uni/work so just made time to finish of the grow!
So everything finished up great. Buds got to the point where I thought they looked pretty sexy so I harvested.
Cut it all up, and dried it out in my closest. Didnt get the wet weight sorry.
Anyway final weigh in was about 15g :-), not at much as I would've liked but cant really expect to pull out over an ounce on my first grow, in a PC case for that matter.
The quality of the bud was pretty darn good which was great! Some of the best buds I've smoked, mind you most of the dak you get around where im from is pretty crappy so cant use that as a great comparison. Real smooth taste and easy as on the throat, not harsh in the slightest. Couch lock sort of high which suits me just fine. Will throw some photos up of the plant towards the end of grow and maybe one or two from harvest if I still have them.
Didn't get any photos of the final product all trimmed up, would take some now but been a week and me and my buddies have already smoked most of it hahah.
I usually get shouted quite a bit so figured it was my turn to supply the goods.
Will also upload a photo of my next project. Looking to turn a set of drawers into another grow box.
I have replanted an AK48 strain in the PC case. Already germed and shes popped out in just over a day. This is a fast growing strain for sure.
Wont keep a regular update on that grow sorry, but If i get time might make updates here and there.
For now anyway I'll be posting in the grow room set up and design section to get some help onto turning this set of drawers into something far more exciting.
Thanks anyone who followed and gave feedback, appreciate it!

Hey allseasons,

I just got the same PC box and doing my first grow, 5 days in. Going to create my own post soon which people can follow. I'm doing two northern lights autos in 2 one gallon pots. Here's my setup.

3x - 15w LED light rails (45w total)
(Red(630nm): Blue(460nm) 2:1 ratio.
2 exhaust fans and 1 intake fan (seems like it has good airflow).
Temps: 78-81 degrees F.
Humidity: 40% with lights/fans running. 50-60% during dark hours.
Light cycle: 18/6.
Soil/nutes: BioBizz light mix soil, bio-grow, bio-bloom.
Pots: 1 gallon round, plastic.
Water: distilled
Strain: 2 Northern Lights Autoflowers from nirvava.
You might want to consider 20/4 with Northern Lights Auto. I am growing one as of this afternoon... just popped up.

I also ordered a Mrgrowpro LED version. can't wait. Whats your opinion of it so far?

Hey guys another update coming in!
So far ScrOG has been going well, although I wouldn't be sure how to tell if it wasn't haha but everything seems to be going smoothly.
2 changes I've made to my scrog since my last post are...
1. Changed where I've got my lights situated, currently got 1 on the top, one vertical up the side and one horizontal right next to her. Pictures below will show you guys where the two lights on the sides are. I couldn't really get an even distribution of the lights around the box so I figured on horizontal next to it would be good, getting the plant to fill the net depth wise of the case. The other light on the right hand side was placed for two reasons. Firstly I had the main steam being weaved towards the other side of the case and figured I would need extra light on the right side to ensure she covered the net evenly, and secondly some of the light protrudes slightly lower than the net, I figured this would mean bud sites would begin to grow out towards the light on the side while also angling up, and as such would eventually reach the net on this side creating an even spread.
2. I've started pushing most of the fan leaves through the net right out of the way. Some of the fan leaves are quite large and I noticed these were actually blocking the light to some of what I believe to be bud sites. I figured the bud sites want to receive as much light as possible and the fan leaves didn't really need it quite as much.

PLEASE let me know if what I've done here is incorrect so I can fix it, it is my first grow so I am unsure if this is the correct way to be doing this! The photos should help to clarify what I mean.

@Triplec Hey man, looking forward to see how yours goes! Link me your thread when you get it up and running, I'll see if I can throw you some tips based of my first grow. Should be interesting to see how two plants go, but to be honest I think your on the right track. Looking at my scrog net now, two plants would've started filling it up quite nicely.
You where correct to follow your instincts with tucking the leaves. I am scrogging some autos at the moment in a 2x2 led 600 watt grow, and you want to spread the plant and keep fan leaves out of the way of bud sites letting the plant grow across the screen ideally with a bud site in each hole. im taking notes and subbed in because I have a brand new Mrgrowpro soon to be on the way in the mail...;)

If somebody would elaborate on this it would further educate me as well (:
For Autoflowers try and tuck leaves when you can to avoid stunting them
For photo period plants cut any fan leaves that are blocking bud sites

Removing stuff below is called "lolypopping" and although it sounds like a strange name for a drug you would find at a rave, its just a fancy way of saying: removing popcorn bud sites and unnecessary leaves from below the scrog. This channels the energy to allow the plant to put all its energy into the buds.
