1st CFL grow, advice on setup?

I germinated a couple of bag seeds from some good shit I had.
I've been growing for 4 days with a grow fluorescent from wal-mart.
This is my new set-up as of a few hours ago. (Only the one plant now, should get more seeds soon).
I had these little "cages" from some IKEA thing. I plan on raising the whole cage as needed (I can tie it to the bar in my closet). I also plan on adding more CFLs as necessary (they fit snugly in the holes in the cage).

PLEASE ADVISE ME!!!!

White poster/foam board might work. Cut it to fit the sides of the cage and tie them to it. I've got an art desk in my closet that I'm going to turn into a growbox by enclosing the bottom with white foam board with holes for intake and exhaust fans.-InXanity

I would def. put some reflective material around the entire thing, neat thing with the cage you could really keep the temps right. Lights look good, i only used 8 during my entire grow so your doing fine for now. I'll be looking forward to your grow, good luck.
