1st bubbleponics attempt...looking for advice!!

Hey everyone. I hate being that noob that posts about his first grow looking for help and advice, but after trolling the forum for a few months I decided to start my own bubbleponics system and im actually really excited about it. Heres my setup:

I have a 11 gal tupperware container spraypainted black with 6 holes cut in the top. I have 2" net pots with hydroton in the holes. As far as the bubbles, I have 2 air pumps each for 15-30 gallon tanks. I have an air stone sunk in the tupperware and each netpot has an individual air stone in the hydroton too. These are all hooked up to the air pumps. There should be pictures attached of all of this. I also have 2 box fans, one next to the container and one above it that I keep on all the time. For lighting, I have a hanging ballast with 400w 2400k fluorescent bulbs. I keep these on 20/4.

Also pictured are my germinating seeds. I've had them in rockwool since last sunday, so 5 days. I was watering with the pH 5.5 water that I soaked the cubes in before I planted the seeds, now I'm using plain pH 7 water. I've had one sprout a couple days ago but still waiting on the others. You can see humidity and temp readings for today in the picture (its so high because the closet I'm growing in is outside).

Basically what I'm looking for is if anyone has any suggestions, tips, advice, etc. I know I'm being a total noob for this posting, but I really just want to join the community, let everyone see my first setup and get some advice. Thanks in advance guys!

I think your rockwool is too wet, and your airstones need to be in your reservoir, not the net pots. And 95 degrees is too hot, you need to be at least 10 degrees cooler.

But it might work, you may be creating a new style of hydroponics, if you keep the airstone submerged enough, your roots could get high oxygen content and grow even faster. I may try that myself, Ive got a couple of extra pumps and airstones left from my last grow.

I use 4 6" airstones in the bottom of my current set-up, an 18 gallon reservoir x 2. I mean if your water level is 2 inches above the bottom of your net pots, an air stone in the bottom of your pot should make that water roil. The only problem I can see is that once the roots grow past the bottom of your net pots, the lower parts of the roots would no longer get oxygen, but if you put air stones at the bottom of the reservoir too.....

Hmm, very interesting.
