16kw Build out (8kw flip)

I have been stockpiling all kinds of materials to get this in place and I am currently close to the majority and I'm ready to start building. I really could use some imput maybe some blueprints or designs layouts if anyone has any? I'm looking to build a veg; 2 flower rooms ..8kw each a dry room and a utility / work station. My areas I'm working with is a 2 car garage 24x24 foot square area. Cement floor.

If anyone has any good lay out plans or designs that they have been dieing to put to use and would like to share and watch the build out please post and share.

It's totally spec for you, your space and your needs. I'd say you gotta draw your own.

Ever used Sketchup? It's free and awesome. Model everything before you buy a single nail.

Yea I have and this is what I came up with. I just have no experience in this size and I want to do it once and do it the right way.

your photo is hard to read, but I would start by knowing what you want to achieve and working backwards through every variable before deciding how or what to build. this is the essence of good design, i reckon, and you have the privilege of choosing everything before you start unlike retrofitting an existing space.

what things do you know already? available space including room height is a start and you have decent square footage. power supply? ventilation? access/security? budget? available materials? all of these things will determine what you can achieve.

I already run a veg room 8x8 with four t5 4bulb set ups, and 1 5kw flower room. The rafters start at 8 feet so I could go to there potentially go to about 15 feet if I wanted to use some of the attic space. I ran a 6/3 240 from my main breaker to my garage to the sub panel. I have approx 4k worth drying so that plus some.. but I already have the 2x4s the plywood I have pretty much everything I will need besides 2 ballast; and 6 hoods. Witch I'm thinking about just ordering 16 adjusta wing set ups. I don't really have an amount I'm trying to get just what ever it is it is..
