Your gonna be disappointed if you dont clean up the bottoms of those plants to allow more light into the plant.

You wont stress the plants enough cutting off lower foliage. Ive done it on every grow and it never slows down growth from what Ive seen. If it does, so minimal of an impact and much more benefit in the end. Id definitely clean them up. Buds are looking VERY light for 3 weeks, unless thats like a 12 week plant.

I wouldnt cut too many large fan leaves. I would cut off a lot of the lower nodes though for sure. They will never mature with no light. You can even see in your picture there is no light getting to them and while they will grow, they wont grow into anything worth while after drying.

Ive grown plants just like yours, and Ive done the cut off everything down low. Ive found, you can almost cut off what you think is too much and be ok. Its honestly a bit too late though to chop down half the plant like you need to as it will stress. Id just clean up some fans leaves, but not too many as the buds need them for growth.

Nice plants a bit stretchy for my blood. Try topping those babies next grow cause they appear to be approaching your light at a rapid pace considering you have bout five or six weeks left in your cycle. You might wanna try some bending next time cause those girls look like missiles.
