Anyone know where to get a big ol stock tank to use as a reservoir? My 55 gallon barrels are only lasting a day or so. Would like to get 3 days or so out of a tank of nutes. I like the 160 stock tanks that are rubber/poly. They are open enough you can get in there to scrub off and scum. I wish I could find a 300 gal tank that was open to get in to clean it. Might go the 300 gal route and just invest in a hot water pressure washer. the 300 gallon tank would be sweet since I could go almost a week on a tank.

I hit up big r and their biggest poly stock tank was like 100 gallons or something lame like that. I might go visit in person to double check the girl on the phone wasnt being lazy. Any other farm stores or places i can get a big tank?

high neighbor! great question...let me know how that works out. I may need to upgrade also. Maybe a really big kiddie pool could work....naaa jk. But I do use a kiddie pool for my soil;)

i was just curious on how much of pia it would be to wash the big square tanks through the small hole on top. my nutes leave a flim that i like to scrub out after a refill or two. i hate the trek to denver as i used to do it twice a week to deliver pot brownies for a bakery from foco to plo. There is another container store north i 70 like near goldenish. i think i got my current tubs from a place in denver that sells tons of new 55 gallon barrerls. dont recall seeing anything bigger there. my dad rocks 70 gal barrels.

i will see if big r will order me what i want.
