15 weeks?...jeez. sativas run long, but that seems excessive. whats the strain? any pix? sounds like you know how to tell ripeness by trichs, go with that.

15 weeks since you switched to 12/12 or 15 since it actually definitetively showed sex???

That is a bit excessive, even for a sativa strain. I'm wondering if perhaps you somehow accidentally allowed too much light to reach the plant during its "dark time" at some point. That can cause your plant to quit/suspend flowering for up to several weeks. Do you know what strain it is??

If it is a Sativa Dominant Strain, you may have gotten a Pheno, that has taken on more of it's Sativa qualities and hence, longer flowering.

Actually the last Haze strain that I grew, was not completely ripe for nearly 18 weeks and it was supposed to be a " nine weeks Strain. "

When this happens however and you get a Pheno with mostly Sativa characteristics and are patient and let it go all the way, " the wait is worth it and you will be in for a wild ride. "

You have came this far, do yourself a favor and let her get completely done " no matter the time " and you will smile ear to ear when she is dried and cured and smoked.

Blessings,

a while ago i did 3 seeds, supposedly 8 week. 2 were done at about 9 weeks, but the third went for about 12. the first 2 were good, the 12 week was badass. and TheNatural is right, the genetic blender drops you some gems here and there. let her go till the trichs say shes done.
