15 days old seedling...

Aww mine had reddening of the stems as well. It was caused by a (p) (n) defficiancy. i have a batch 12-13 days and a match 10-11. Used some nitrogen and phosphorus heavy nutes on the eldest and the stems turned green and they are taking off in growth as well. http://www.weedfarmer.com/cannabis/tables_guide.php I'm not going to diagnose it as it Because to be honest I havent the slightest clue. But see what symptoms are most likely causing it. To me it seems like a Phosphorus problem( don't take my word for it though)

ok dude, lets see, perlite is always good, more is always better. plants can be grown in nothing but perlite (for crazy hydroponic people, i wouldnt but hey, it 'can' be done) its great for draining, every time your transplant, add more perlite.

now speaking of transplanting, stop doing it!! that plant is like 1 month old and its been in like 6 pots, bums on the street move around less dude!

um the .14-.14-.14 stuff you got, sounds ok... but not really. use it sure, at a very low strength, but now is the time to start thinking about actual nutrients and their values, for growing, you want nitrogen heavy stuff, i use one thats 9-2-3 at 1/2 strength, as well as some stuff like what you got (low even ratio) and some micro nutrients (molybdenum, iron, sulfur, manganese, magnesium,.......)

the last pic you posted shows a plant that is light green/almost yellow in color, in vegetative state, thats Nitrogen Deficiency.
you do know the NPK thing right? N-P-K ... 9-2-3 means 9% nitrogen, 2% phosporus, 3% potassium. <-- thats what i used and i had a slight abundance of nitrogen in vegetative state, sure it grew fast, but you could tell be the slightly dark(er) green leaves.

heres a diagram that has saved my ass countless times, that i got off this site (thanks original poster, whoever you were)

Deficiency.jpg

and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, dont get all excited and dump a gallon of chemicals on it and burn it cuz you think its gonna be good for it. its a baby, feed it slow. 1/4th strength, in 2 weeks, go to 1/2 strength, then 3/4ths after another 2 weeks....

and my last tip i will leave you with, is if your in doubt, come back to RIU, theres always learnin going on here, and we all have brain farts and post questions on here from time to time to figure out wtf is going on

(you do have a pH tester right? was that mentioned in the last 3 pages?, im gonna assume your water going in, and coming out is around 6.5)

Yeah I'm pretty happy with the soil I have now (50 perlite/ 50 pro-mix).

Ok so about the transplanting! I've transplanted once in a peat pot(it was in MG and did not look good) after I transplanted into the pot it will finish growing in. So that's twice and once in a peat pot(which I was told added no stress to the plant). Don't worry I'm done doing it!

I'm not using the MG 0.14-0.14-0.14 anymore. I got Jacks Classic a couple days ago and feed the plant at less then 1/4 strength. Wasn't sure how much to water to pour so I did until water started dripping in the bottom plate.

Thanks for the diagram!

The plant actually looks a bit better this morning(greener leafs) I'll take some pics tonight to see the difference!

Its pointless to buy multiple cfls when you could just buy a 150w hps self ballasted with bulb inlcuded for $60 that puts out 16,500 lumens..... At 3,000 lumens per square foot being the average required... If you wanna add a few plants start a closet grow, small tent, etc... Youll already have a pretty good HPS lighting system...

I used MG 0.14-0.14-0.14 at the beginning(didn't know better) transplanted 2 days ago and it's just looking worst and worst... I transplanted in pro-mix
your plant looked fine till you fucked with it. shoulda mb left it alone? i still think it'll pull through. just goes to show ya how easy it is to grow:)

Yeah, you are probably right, it would probably even be cheaper then buying a bunch of CFL's and sockets that are not cheap either... I'm gonna go to hydro store next to my work tomorrow see what they got! Online it's like an other 40$ for shipping...

Looks over watered. Does that pot have drain holes? I would have used a one gallon pot for a girl that big.

I don't think it's over watered, I've been watering it only when the soil is dry... I have a mix of 50% pro-mix and 50% Perlite so it drains pretty well. And yes there is holes at the bottom of the pot... I think I might of burned it because the last 2 times I watered i added some 20-20-20 Jack classic at less then 1/4 strength... Probably should of waited...

I'd say completely lay off the nutes. Most of those earlier images look like nute burn to me. Just let the soil completely dry out, then give it a GOOD flush with some water. Also, have you PH tested your water? It's possible that it's a bit too acidic. Anything under 6.2 can really mess up your plants.
