Looks good to me. I have a similar setup but on a smaller scale. I would recommend daisy chaining the lighting ventilation system. You are drawing fresh, cold air over each bulb with what I am assuming is a very large inline fan by your (what looks to be unnecessary) filter. Maybe you plan to hook a fan on each intake to help push air through the system, I think that would be a lot of waste. If you were to blow your cold air over the first bulb that exhausts to blow over your second light and so on. Your last bulb will be warmer than your first, but if you keep you air circulating i don't think you should register a problem. Also I see in your ventilation system that your exhaust hose goes through a reducer several times, This is going to cause you a problem with your distribution of air. I would imagine that if your lucky, 10% of your air will be returning veg chamber, I would think you should do great with 8 inch hose for your cooling your lights as well as introducing fresh air. Lastly about your filter, If you are drawying your air from your attic, blowing over the light, and from there exhausting from your grow room, it should never come into contact with your plants and therefore never smell.
