keep bulbs close like within 2 inches. keep a fan pointed at bulbs so no heat issues and then you can keep em close. I kept mine close and it vegged nice and low for 2 weeks and as i raised i allowed it to stretch a bit. Dont allow alot of stretching when its first seeding or else youll have a bitchn time training it. You are also better off running multiple 23w bulbs instead of like 1 or 2 46w bulbs. The small ones will give more light footprint with more bulbs instead of just 2 big bulbs. then you can place light all around the plant/plants.

Ok ok. Well i have a single 125w 6400k in a reflector that i decide to use for veg and another 125w 2100k for flower, currently using 2 computer fans, 1 for intake, 1 for exhaust.
In a space, 55 × 45 × 95. Just for an overview of setup.

Whats the best way to lst autos?

Un sure on that but you are way better off running a few 23w. I ran 5 23w setup in a cluster of 5 and it made a nice short low plant.

these both where each vegged under 5 - 23w bulbs for each plant. kept very low above the plant to keep from stretch. multiple bulbs will get you more lumens and larger footprint than just 1 bulb.

Good luck dude! Its a fun time!
