12/12 from seed Experiment

Hello mates.

I am going to be starting a 12/12 from seed experiment.

I have some seedlings a week old.

I am goig to put them under 12/12 under 600 HPS at around 18 inches.

Reason is, I wasnt to test an experiment.

I see some 12/12 from seed and looks interesting..

This is just for experimenting on this method.

I have 2 other grows but this 1 is just an experiment.

Any help is nice as well.

Using solocups around 1 liter.

will be feeding 1/4 nutes on week 2.

Just want to test this and see some results.

I fucked up and planted my autos in a pheno grow so I have started them at 12/12 n they r doing fine hope u get good results man

From seed? Since they popped 12/12? What wattage? I'm going for 600 dimmed. 4 plants

yes 12/12 from seed 250 watt cfl 3 plants they were real happy after there watering today will sub

Beautiful. I'm using a 600 HPS. This is just an experiment. Do we will see how this goes. Going to start with 1 plant to test and if going well will add more plants

I don't understand, what's your experiment? There are already multiple threads on RiU 12/12 from seed and if you go under the LED section we are doing 12/12 from seed all the way in 16 oz cups

An experiment for myself. I know people do it. Just testing it. Will check you out.

this is my 12/12 from seed test

the trick to this is watch for the alternating nodes then strip back veg below and watch the cola blow up

just one question trippy ...... Why are you wasting 600w of light power on one cola when you could have 60 under it ?

i thought you needed it for meds ?

why don't you just get a big fuck off pot, fill with soil and grow a big ass plant ???

and don't say " its just an experiment "

Experiment to see the outcome.

Would my 60 watts worth of T8 work well?

Im using 600w because thats what I have at the moment.

Also, did you do any lst or topping or just let it grow?

Because I may just get a couple of mothers and from there create fem seeeds and do this with my hydro setup one day.

so my 600 is useless and I should use my t8 worth of 60 watts?

I can move my seedlings under my MH as I jhave very good ventalation in there.

Also, they wont start to flower until about 4 weeks correct?

And the 12/12 from seed makes them grow a big quicker correct?

The beginning of flower is dependent on strain. Four weeks is pretty typical for a faster indica, 4-6 weeks covers all but a few extra slow sativas.

They won't grow faster in 12/12, they will just mature faster.

taking advice from mainliner is a very bad idea, when looking for advice look at peoples post history. 5000 troll posts in under a year isn't the greatest source of information. Search 12/12 from seed and read read read. It's the best way to get the infromation you can ignore the people that don't actually grow this way or are on the site to talk out their ass like Mainliner.

Mainline has given me mixed results.

Overall descent guy and ya I seen the million troll posts.

I will be using one of my 5 week old plants and piut it under 12/12 and see what happens.
600w hps.

Im not so sure 600w is overkill as lumens matter.

Will experiment with this.

YES you can lollipop infact you sould branches that don't recieve enough light can herm or they will just produce shit larfy bud. Look at my posts about topping and fimming, not hard to find if you want the information.
