My work shop has this mega Big 110 watt cfl light that hangs about 12 feet off the ground an it lights it up as good as the 250 hps an metal halides! An better than the flourescent tubes.
I had to have it
! And I soon aquired it by switching in my 85 watt spiral that looks just about the same. (but dosent light it up as near as good a the110).
If i hung 5 - 25watt cfls that high I dont thank they would light the shop near as good as this one bulb.
My opinion is that it would be better have 1 big cfl than alot of small cfls. Am i crazy or has any one else noticed this??????
So...... I will use just one bulb for my 2ft x 2ft x 3ft grow box. Not alot of room for 5 bulbs to be hanging. Its color is cool white for vegging, I was going to use to start my seedlings under my house for planting crops for outdoors.
Anyone tried it with one big bulb vs 5 little ones around here?
