10o0bulbs?

So i ordered bulbs from this site but its been awhile and they havent shipped the bulbs yet... So that pretty much ruins my plans since my plant is growing with a 23wat cfl right now...

How long does it usually take to ship?? :-(

This is such a coincidence!!! I just came on here to curse 1000bulbs and the first thread is this! I ordered the 22nd. I recieved 3 emails so far with my invoice attached and all say paid by CC. They still haven't shipped. I called last week and I was like look its been 10 business days and you haven't shipped my stuff. They said they won't have the bulbs I ordered until mid Jan. I was like ok but you were supposed to tell me in 7 days if you didn't have my bulbs. they said they were sorry yada yada yada. I said ok well I guess I have to buy the double the price ones to get them here sooner (which I think they do on purpose bc they still have the cheaper bulbs on the site up to order). Then I was like I dont expect a deal on the new bulbs or anything but can you expedite shipping so I dont wait forever and they said no. They did however give me a whopping 10% off the 24 more expensive bulbs I ordered whoopdeedoo. This is the only reason I haven't flamed the company yet and since they sent me the 3rd invoice today and still haven't shipped my stuff I'm losing patience. I ordered ph up and down from home depot the same day and it got here last Tuesday. I should of just order from them. On top of this they screwed up my card information and I had 230$ pending for a week before any of this BS happened. Then if that wasn't enough when I changed my bulbs last week they couldn't just charge to difference to my account for the change they kept both charges on and I still have over a hundred dollars pending for the previous order. So a recap they locked up 230 in my account,then screwed up twice when I tried to have them rectify the problem and clear the pending transactions, then couldn't supply my order, then changed my order but left the other 120 still pending, and still haven't shipped my stuff. Dont buy from them unless you aren't planning on using the bulbs the same month.

i also had a nightmare order, they kept delaying shipment until i finally canceled it and went to home depot.

Bleh.. too late. I dont even know what to do now because my plant is almost a week old i thought they would get here by now, and i have no spare cash to buy any more bulbs from anywhere else. Damn =( what a bad situation im in.

Yeah... I guess nothing will go wrong with my plant but alot slower growth rate right? with 1 23 wat cfl 2700 for now

Yea that stinks dude. For me, my seeds are delayed also so it doesn't make much difference (ROYALMAIL I HATE YOU!!!!). Only one bulb isn't a bad thing when they veg. I've seen people veg on one bulb per plant. The only problem with your one bulb is its a flowering bulb. If you had a single 6500k you'd be golden for a couple weeks but that plant will probably stretch under 2700k looking for the blue spectrum.

Ok so I just wanted to update this for anyone who searches for info on 1000 bulbs. I just received my tracking email today, exactly 2 weeks after the order date. It says it should be here by the 9th in a few days so that's a relief. I live halfway across the US from Texas where they ship from. My order was placed before thanksgiving so taking into consideration the two day holiday if you order from 1000 bulbs you should have your order in two weeks if you live in the US, so plan accordingly.

i buy all my lighting from 1000bulbs. the only problem i had was something i bought was out of stock so i had to change my order, the customer service was great though. i got all my orders in less than 10 days.

glad to see you finally got some info from them.

In the future, there is another big bulb company that takes care of you. Check into lightingsupply.com as they ship within 48 hours of your order. There's one flat shipping charge and have not waited more than 5 days to recieve my CMH bulbs. I've ordered from them twice with excellent 'click to door' service. They have a promo code for all new web customers (NWC10) giving you an additional 15% off. Really pleased with this vendor...worth a look anyway.

Funny thing i just got a reply from them yesterday night telling me my 6500k bulbs were out of stock lol. What a pain. I won't be buying from them again.
Im not gonna lie though their prices are great..

thats what happened to me, yes a pain but shit happens...its a small family run business. ive never had any problems since and like you said, the prices are great. i would give them another chance if i were you.
