Here is the description of the bulbs that come in my grow boxes (i have one for vegging, one for budding):

"Full Spectrum (Red + Blue), Cool Ruining 105w Florescent Lighting System Generates an Extreme Amount of Lumens for It's Compact Size. Perfect For All Stages of Plant Growth. Grows Plants Short & Dense!"

Do you think this is enough?

If not how many more CFLs should i get? ,
I would buy CFLs in the preferred spectrum for each box if I do need more.

I'm no expert, but most use seperate blue for vegging and red for flowering, I have seen a few that use blue from start to finish, so it's possible I guess to use just one type, probably at the expense of size to the plant and/or quantity of the bud.

How many lumens output do they have for the 105w ?

That would be fine for vegging, but i would get 2 WARM white CFLs (the highest wattage you can find) for flowering and put those with your bulb, you wont regret it.

I Know What Your Talkin Bout Its A Grow Light Rite Full Spec CFL I Believe A Envirolite I May Be Wrong But Yea It Will Work From Seed To Harvest But U Will Also Need A Couple Of Side Lites Like Some 23-42w 6500k Cfl To Surround The Plant During Veg And Some 2400k 23-42w To Surround It Throughout The Budding Cycle Jus A Couple Dont Go To Crazy And Get A Whole Lot Cause The 105 Have Alot Of Lumens Itself But That Will Do U Rite
