Been awhile since I checked this thread...I watched the video and am curious..you have the co2 pumping in the room but your temps are way below what they need to be at for co2 to be processed fully as your ambient air temp needs be no less then 80-85 F for co2 usage to be utilized so it looked like you had the room set to like 72 with lights on which means your co2 is basically in effective did I read the temps wrong or do you have the temps in the 80s? Also I saw you have the a/c vented out of the room and down low. Co2 is is heavier then air so it falls to the floor where you have ytour a/c units which then gets suckked right out of the room so all the co2 is constantly being removed. Co2 being heavier should be dropped from above the plants with fans near the floor blowing the lower air straight back up and your a/c units should be up higher so the cold air falls cooling the room more efficeitn whil the unit grabs the hot air that has risen higher out of the room with as little wasted co2 as possible...Got a lot of cool stuff but would be great to see you maximize your area as looks like what 4 to 60 plants per table and looks like no trimming or thinning of the lower stuff so lots of valuable space wasted and hurts the yield by not thinning the lower mess. Maybe next round we will see the space used more to its potential...How much was the hydro gens
Hey what up Fletch!! Yeah Bro, good lookin out and thanks for the advice!!

Good pointers all. Vid was taken when lights first came on, so temps were still a little low, but yeah I've had it dialed in to about 76 - 80 during the on cycle. I knew that you could RUN at higher temps w/ Co2, but didn't realize that there was an OPTIMAL range for absorbtion. First time runnin Co2, so I guess I'm still a newb with that. Never too old to learn!!!

As for the crappy portable A/C's, they were just a stop-gap measure that we went with initially due to funds. Yeah, they shoulda been up in the air, but they really just need to be gone. They served their purpose, but they suck heniously, they DO transfer air/Co2/odor right out of your room, and they are a pain in the ass to drain.

Oh well. After this round were gettin a mini-split A/C, 24 - 34k btu, and then we'll be runnin a true sealed room with no air transfer.

We're also addin a couple more lights to the middle, and believe me bro, i tried keepin up on the trimming!!! Removed a shit load of low growth, but they just out-grew me, damn fast. Again, oh well, just means more duff for the hash/oil/kief making.

Lots of stuff still to do, and I'll be constantly trying to better/correct certain aspects of the grow, but i welcome your advice and thank you for it.

Peace!

I hear you bro. Thinking about just irrigating myself. Times they are a changin'...

I'll be watching and dreaming about your op while I'm out there in the hot sun. :weed:

Take care youngun'

Remember, lift with your legs, hydrate, and apply the sunscreen Brother!!!

Right, right. It's all good bro!! Respect and admiration both ways, all day!

Nah, I don't get worked up unless someone's bein stupid or disrespectful, and you weren't, so no issues. I'm always receptive to questions and constructive criticism, and I have no problems ( i think:mrgreen:) admitting when I'm wrong, or simply ignorant on a subject, and yeah, always learning new things which is pretty cool actually cause it keeps it fresh and real, feel me?

And before i forget your question on the Hydrogen again, I think I paid mid-300's for the unit at the local grow store, but check this shit out......................................................Hydrogen Pro Co2 Burner VS. Marey Tankless Hot Water Heater....................................WTF?!?!?!?!

Tell me what you think:cuss:

Great job guys! this is very inspiring. I am planning a set up using several 600w and I was wondering how your air cooling for the bulbs is working out. Are there 2 sets of 5 lights in concession? And one fan for each set? Lastly, are the fans connected as intake or exhaust?

Thank you, and good luck!

Damn, musta smoked to much dankness and fell asleep for a minute...........feel like Rip vanwinkle 'n shit! Why didn't someone wake me up damnit!!

What up people, all my old friends!! You probably thought I ran into some trouble or maybe got tired of the drama on here, but nah, i've just been extremely busy, doin my thing and all. Anyway, apologies all aroound.

Things are kickin with my grow, 'bout 3 weeks from harvest with round 2. Did a few things that should increase yield a little bit, moved Co2 burner to center of the room, built frames around each table for support, went from 30 in 10 gallon pots to 40 in 7 gallon pots, also using a few new supplements with the feeding this time.

They look bigger, stronger and healthier at this point than they did last time, so we'll see how it goes.

Here's a few pics (haven't taken many recently), and i'll try to get the newest video(it's over a month old though) posted on here.

So anyway, i'm still here, doin what i do, and i'll try to jump on here more regularly again.

Peace fellas!
sick ass grow bro got the bubble bags ready

Thank you to everyone who has posted positive comments of constructive critisism. So i don't have pics of the room as of now. But we have upgraded ALOT!! Now instead of having 2 floor units for the A/C we have a ground unit that is split level in the sealed room. Keeps the temp for all 12 - 1,000 watt lights at around 76 degrees. We have also added a dehumidifier as well keeping it running all the time. Also we built four carts for extra ladies to be in that are moveable so the middle row is now full. Also we have built full frames around each tray so that putting up netting to keep everything in place as it finishes. As well as we have made a drying room, seperate from the grow room, so our time is now reduced in turnaround.
I am excited to say that we have sucessfully have created our own strain!!! A cross between Original Blueberry/ Grape God + Hawiian/Dutch. The Blueberry we found grows 3x heavier than the H/D!! For real, no joke. If you took the same size by look of each, the Blue would be nearly 3 times the weight. So, we're seeing if we can get that genetic trait to carry over. **** Humbolt County Hardener - Gravity - is the name of the product. USE THIS!! FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS TO THE "T" - DON'T fuck around with mix, just use as directed. You'll see what i mean! Quickly too!! Simply adds weight. Alot of weight! Also, molasses is your best friend. By it in buld and it is cheap, go to your local store and you will pay for 1 pint what you can pay for a gallon at. That cheap!! Mix in warm water in your last month and a half of watering ( included into nuitrent mixture, just add). 20 - 45ml per gallon ( that is 2250 ml, per 50 gallon drum @ 45ml pg) The crystals that you will produce will blow you away! Cheapest, best, and simpilest upgrade that you can do!!!!! Trust me, you will thank me for that one!

I will post some picks here in a few days. We are about to take it all down since it is that time again. So you'll get to see the FULL effect.

To: GFOYLE Correct - 2 lines of 5 lights each, straight lines. Easier flow. Fans are used as intakes. Air cooling the bulbs works to a certain point. It WILL NOT remove all heat by any means. But it will reduce the rooms overall temp dramatically. Here is an example. With two 14,000 btu units running all the time we kept the temp at 86-90. Out of the optimal range but still not bad. With out 1 of the two units ( failure of product) the temp jumped to 109!!! With the split level a/c unit now that does a real 32,000 btu, we have the room steady at 76.
