1 week old seedlings stopped growing, started flowering?

First off I'm going to attach two poor quality photos just for reference don't hate on them, but the photos aren't that important I just want to know if this has happened to other people before.. I've never seen this happen personally and if it is actually the case the only thing I can think that would be causing it is for the first 2-3 days the seeds popped up I didn't set my timers up so the lights stayed on for those few days. Then put them on 18/6. Only 2 plants seem to have stopped growing another 3-4 seem to be growing more then the other 12 but that's not to out of the ordinary. It's just the two plants that stopped growing each have a pistol sticking out and have a fuzz growing like they're trying to produce thc..

One photo is of the plant that stopped growing the other is part of the group that's doing better then the rest

I've never seen a seedling flower. I seriously doubt that's what's going on.
To me it looks like they're just young, growing roots.
Plus no two seeds are the same.
You got a ways to go before you can diagnose anything, if there is anything.
Can't tell from those pics.

Just do all the checks mate.
Ph, ppm, bugs etc.

Try a little plain water

Pics are too blurred to see what's potentially wrong (if anything) at this stage I wouldn't get too worried unless there is no good growth after a few days.
