1 Plant

How much trouble am I going to get in? I got busted with 1 Marijuana Plant (6 weeks old) It was not harvested, and I had no other weed in the house. (Nor any paraphernalia)

The cop just uprooted it, shoved it in a bag and put it in his car. He didn't arrest me, he didn't give me a ticket. He just gave me a number to call.

It's only one plant so I'm not in that much trouble am I?

only 1 plant i doubt you'll get into to much trouble maybe just a couple weeks of drug classes or something and a 50$ fine

if he didn't write a ticket or anything then there's no record of the 'arrest.'

if they come back deny deny deny and get a lawyer.

more likely than not you are home free....

I'm not from the states but common sense says don't call that number and deny everything. Even posting here
