1 Nano Gram Over T He Legal Limit And Got Dui

back in 04 i got pulled over for failure to yield to pedestrians that just stepped off the curve into the crosswalk but across the street in the oncomin lanes....anyway i passed the breathe test and alcohol tests but the state bacon was being a dick so he took me in for resisting coz i was pissed coz i was stone cold sober arguing with him so i take another breath test in county and passed and took a blood test too.i was in there for the weekend so i had to wait for my test results.monday comes around and my test says i was 1 nanogram over the legal limit and got charged a dui of marijuana(stone cold sober)..i ended up havin to take a victim impact class and drug classes and bout $800.00 in fines and restitution but i think that was bullshit coz i smoked early in the morning and that was it....fuck the law is how i feel sometimes...who thinks that was bullshit?!?!?!?!

It always makes me laugh when I hear someone bytching about being "over the limit". Did the cop force you to have that last toke before you jumped behind the wheel??? No, didnt think so!!!! Be a fkin man about it, you got cought, you were doing something wrong!!!! Face the consequences of your actions and deal with it. Sorry for not blowing smoke up yer a$$ but thats the risk you take getting behind the wheel after havin a smoke so it doesnt matter what anyone else thinks, thats the law, you broke it, end of! Why didnt you just write "Feel sorry for me, I got cought" then I wouldnt have felt compelled to take the piss and laugh at you, not for being cought but for the whinge. OIA Peace W

No offense but your fucking stupid. Going off on a tangent like that when you OBVIOUSLY do not understand the metabolic properties of THC.

You also do not understand how such "DRUGGED DRIVING" laws are unfair.... They can find THC in your blood from when you were high DAYS ago and they can still charge you with Drugged Driving.... this is what the OP was complaining about, not the fact that he was high.

Next time you have a smoke of the reefer, I hope you give a friend the keys for a few days or a few weeks. Because you might have over 50 nanograms /ML .... buddy you are putting EVERYONE on the road in danger.....

well i didnt just finish smoking...i smoked earlier that day so i wasnt stoned for that matter.i dont care what your opinions are bout my getting arrested.i dont have anyhard feelings bout what you said i just asked the opinions bout how that was bullshit coz i was sober!!anyways i dont drink n drive or smoke n drive ever.the laws are strict enough but some cops have a "god complex" when on duty n in uniform.so basically i wasnt breakin any laws i just failed to stop for a pedestrian that started to cross the street five lanes away on a six lane boulevard.and my being sober i agreed to the blood test not accounting the weed i smoked that morning.just thinking of the alcohol i didnt drink...you see where im gettin at?but anyhow there are nice officers of the law but there are the assholes abusing their badge powers.i just thought it was bullshit coz i passed all his sobriety tests but he was being an asshole so i was being an asshole back

If you had known the laws and your unalienable rights you would never had took and authorized a breathalyzer much-less present ID, you gave yourself up and put yourself in the situation, however i didn't drop into your thread to make you feel bad about the situations you had unknowingly put yourself into, firstly lets state the following (you say this); I am not wrong, i have just been confused.. okay good getting that out of the way, secondly, lets understand what civil rights of yours were violated, you were pulled over #1, which is a violation, i'll explain, peace officers are suppose to do what...? that is right up hold the peace, all police officers have to take the oath of the peace, which is the first oath they have to take, then there is a second oath that gives them the power to enforce law, but the 1st oath cannot be bypassed by the 2nd, i hope you are still following.. oh okay now you were detained which is another violation of your civil rights... well i am sure you are curious as to what remedy you are able to seek, i suggest you study law more specifically contract law/common law, so you do not find yourself in another situation such as this. Oh fuck in Italy this is so fucking much worse, if you have a quantity of over 0.5g you can be charged for being a dealer, take your driver's license FOREVER, same goes if a test finds you're positive for marijuana, plus the cops may search your home even if you have a fucking grinder in your pocket.
